Louise Grundy ...... Reflexology in Rotherham & Sheffield
Welcome to my website. I work as a mobile Reflexologist in Sheffield and Rotherham. Reflexology is a complimentary therapy that can work on its own or alongside more conventional treatments. It is a therapy that uses reflex points on the feet to stimulate or soothe the body systems. During the reflexology session you will be seated in a reclining chair supported by cushions and covered with a blanket for your comfort. A typical treatment lasts 1 hour and begins with gentle stretching and relaxing techniques on the feet, followed by precise thumb and finger walking on the top and bottom of both feet. Firm pressure is used therefore the treatment is not usually ticklish.
If you are thinking about reflexology to help you at a time of low health or just to help you de-stress and relax and are unsure whether reflexology is right for you, please don't hesitate to phone or email me to discuss the issue and a possible treatment plan.
To email click on the link at the top or side of the page or phone 07717 496742/ If the phone goes through to answer machine, I may be busy with a client but will return your call as soon as possible.
I am a mobile reflexologist within a 10 mile radius, visiting areas in Rotherham and Sheffield including: Wincobank, Shiregreen, Crookes, Walkley, Broomhill, Greasbrough, Kimberworth, Whiston, Brinsworth
and surrounding areas. This allows you to enjoy the reflexology in the comfort of your own home with no travel before or after your treatment, allowing you to gain maximum relaxation and benefit. I will bring a portable reclining chair and all my own equipment. I also work from Fiveways Therapy Centre on Kenwood Road on Mondays.
I am a professional Reflexologist and qualified with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) I am also a full member of the Association of reflexologists (AOR). Just CLICK HERE

I have worked with a full range of clients in my private work and through my voluntary work at St Luke's Hospice helping clients there to better cope with the symptoms of their illness and the stress of being terminally ill.
Please note, professional reflexologists do not diagnose or claim a cure.
